3. Sourcing & procuring competitive quotation for quality goods from the  
    supplier , reconcile accounts payable & receivable 
4. Preparing/ issuing purchase order 
5. Ensuring timely delivery of the spares/ stores to the vessel 
6. Scrutinizing & processing invoices
