About the role:

Assist for administrative jobs related to HSEQ & Vetting and to support Marine Superintendents & Line Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Online Updating of Q88, HVPQ, vessels certificates for the assigned vessels.
  • Assist in completing vessel clearance questionnaire as when received for screening.
  • To communicate with vetting company for inspection arrangements, co-ordinate with agents for the inspector attendance, follow up the closure of the inspection observations and uploading of comments on the OCIMF site. 
  • Arrange and follow up on external audits such as ISM/ISPS/MLC, flag inspection etc..
  • Follow up on 3rd party VDR audits on vessels and co-ordinate with service provider. Assist in analyzing the data for quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Assist in follow up of the documentation and upkeeping of the records necessary for the office audits & TMSA.
  • Assist marine officer and superintendent in day-to-day tasks and follow up on ad hoc jobs..

 

Job Requirements

  • Preference for candidates who have sailing experience.
  • At least 1 years experience ashore in SQE dept is preferred.
  • Graduate with proficiency in computers and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Power point, Excel Spreadsheets etc.
