Position: Maritime Trainer – Chief Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Mumbai/Pune preferred)

Full-Time | Salary: As per industry standards

Role Overview:
- We’re looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join our training team. The role includes delivering technical courses (online & offline), developing course material, and handling training admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sessions for engine department courses
- Develop/update content as per STCW, IMO, and latest industry trends
- Assist with training-related admin (scheduling, reports, certification)

Requirements:
- Chief Engineer with min. 5 years sailing experience (preferably on tankers)
- Training background is a plus (not essential)
- Proficient with online tools & hybrid work setup
- Candidates from Mumbai or Pune preferred
