About the Role:

ISF Group is looking to onboard motivated Junior Officers, ETOs, and Cadets who are exploring shore-based career opportunities and are no longer looking to continue sailing. This is an excellent opportunity for maritime professionals eager to apply their sea-going knowledge in a dynamic onshore role within the maritime services and training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of ISF Group’s training and consulting divisions

• Support in maritime training content development (CBTs, manuals, presentations, etc.)

• Conduct research and documentation on maritime trends, compliance, and best practices

• Coordinate and support audit-related tasks and follow-ups

• Contribute to HR and administrative functions including scheduling, record-keeping, and communications

Who Can Apply:

• Junior Officers (Deck/Engine), ETOs, or Cadets from the merchant navy

• Candidates looking for a transition from sailing to a shore job

• Individuals with basic working knowledge of MS Office, documentation, and a willingness to learn digital tools

Salary Range:
INR 30,000 to INR 1,00,000 per month
(Depending on experience, communication skills, and proficiency with digital platforms)
