Urgent Opening for Crewing Superintendent
Immediate joining
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all seafarers on the vessels assigned to his group.
- Issue of seafarers employment agreements along with the manning agents.
- Monitoring crew performance onboard.
- Screening qualifications of proposed candidates and liaising with manning agents for a suitable candidates.
- Ensuring proper qualification and certification of joining crew in accordance to the client requirements.
- Supervising the arrangements of crew changes.
- Arranging crew inspections
- Preparing end of the month/periodic performance reports.
- Monitoring performance of the manning agencies.
- liaising with the client representatives in daily basis and discuss the crew change planning during the weekly planning meeting.
Required Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in crewing company.
- At least 3 years of experience as Crewing Superintendent.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of international regulations & requirements dealing with manning of vessels (MLC, STCW, ITF … ect)
