Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end crewing activities including recruitment, selection, and deployment of seafarers.

• Source qualified candidates through various channels such as manning agencies, job portals, and direct recruitment.

• Maintain and update the crew database, ensuring accurate records of certifications, contracts, and medicals.

• Liaise with manning agents, ship managers, and crew members to ensure smooth crew changes and travel arrangements.

• Monitor crew performance and compliance with company and statutory requirements.

• Assist in handling crew contracts, payroll, and documentation.

• Coordinate training and certification renewals for crew members.

• Support the resolution of any crew-related issues or grievances.

• Prepare regular reports on crewing status, availability, and upcoming crew changes.

• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations such as STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Prior experience in crewing, recruitment, or human resources within the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage.

• Familiarity with maritime certifications and regulatory requirements.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and crewing management software.
